I recall seeing this movie back in the late '70s. By the end of it I was somewhat sympathising with Blackwolf. At the time I didn't much like his 'colouring in the pictures' sequences, but I now understand that that was due to the film bosses' budget constraints placed upon him.

Capitalism sure lord has its limitations, eh?

Well you can see he continued with the process in his later Lord Of The Rings film, the coloring was somewhat better.
