GZG UPDATE - SUNDAY 31st DECEMBER 2017:

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all, and the NEW YEAR DISCOUNT VOUCHERS are NOW LIVE!
The 2018 NEW YEAR VOUCHERS are now all LIVE, please read the notes below on how to redeem them. Please don't forget this this time they are valid for JANUARY ONLY - normally they are valid for Jan and Feb, but I've had to reduce that this time because of several commitments in early March for which I will need time to prepare.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER CODE:
If you have been sent a New Year voucher in your pre-Christmas order, it will have a unique handwritten code on it in the form of TWO UPPERCASE LETTERS followed by a FOUR DIGIT NUMBER; you need to enter the code in exactly that format, with NO spaces - please be careful to distinguise between the letter "O" and a zero "0", and likewise between an uppercase "I" and the digit "1". When you have put all the items you want to order into your basket, go to the "View Basket" step; here you will see a box marked "PROMOTIONAL CODE OR GIFT CARD" - you need to enter your voucher code in that box, and then click the purple button marked "UPDATE BASKET".
If you have done this correctly, you should then see the relevant % discount (10% or 20% depending on your voucher value) shown in RED and deducted from the order subtotal. IF THIS DOES NOT APPEAR, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE OR PAY FOR THE ORDER, but email me (jon@gzg.com) and I should be able to sort out the problem for you.
If the discount % shows correctly, then simply proceed to complete and pay for the order as normal. Please note that the % discount does NOT apply to the shipping costs (sadly, the products don't get lighter to post when they are discounted!), but it does of course reduce the VAT amount (where applicable) by the relevant %.
Please note that your voucher code may only be used ONCE - and the store will consider it "used" as soon as you proceed to the checkout stage, even if you then leave it as a pending order. Should you encounter any problems during the payment stage, or realise that you've made an error with your order and need to try again, then please email me immediately and I will be able to re-set your code so that you can have another go!
If anyone has not yet received their pre-Christmas order with the voucher enclosed (some didn't ship out till the week just gone, and others may be taking a while to get through overseas postal systems), but wants to place their new order immediately, then I will be able to give you your voucher code via email on request. The same applies if you've received but mislaid your voucher, so don't panic!
For those of you waiting to see some more NEW RELEASES before using your voucher, please give me a few more days to get the latest batch into production - I will be launching a big expansion of the ESU REGULAR ARMY figures that I previewed with pack SG15-E41 just before Christmas, and you will shortly be able to order the full range of these figures including support weapons, Command and all the Heavy Weapons packs! I hope to have these all ready very soon, certainly in plenty of time for you to order them well before the end of January.

OFFICIAL - GZG: TWENTY PACKS of new 15mm releases almost ready!

NEW RELEASES JUST ABOUT READY!
I hope that 2017 is treating you all well so far.... the good news from this end is that I'm well over the bug that I had, and the last couple of weeks have seen a positive flurry of mould-making (as well as keeping up with the orders that have been coming in) - so I'm now ALMOST ready to release a massive TWENTY new 15mm packs! Moulds are all made, display figures are all cast, assembled and inked, all I have to do now is photograph them and upload the details of them all to the store, then you can start buying..... don't forget that those of you who have discount vouchers from pre-Christmas orders still have a whole month to use them up, as they expire at the end of February.
The new releases should all be up on the store and available within the next couple of days, so please check back here very soon, I will let you know just as soon as they are up!

To whet your appetities, and so you can start figuring out what you want to order, here is the full list of what will be available:

Last Call GZG Christmas Offers

UPDATE - WEDNESDAY 21st DECEMBER 2016:

JUST TWO DAYS TO GO ON THE CHRISTMAS SPECIALS!

Well, we're counting down to Christmas now, as I write this there are two-and-a bit days left to run on the Christmas offers before I close up for the holidays on the 23rd - orders received up till MIDNIGHT UK TIME on the 23rd will be included in the offers (if they are over £30 in total value, of course), but obviously they won't be dispatched until after Christmas. I will continue to cast, pack and dispatch orders up to and including the 23rd, but things are now getting very busy and inevitably there will be some orders placed this week that won't go out this side of the break, especially ones containing items that I don't hold in ready stock such as the 25mm and 6mm ranges; right now I'm dispatching each day the orders that can be fulfilled quickly from shelf stock, and then seeing what else I can process in the time that is left.

UNSC Heavy Infantry "Blackstar Brigade" Reassigned To Brazos Sector

Commandant Steve (BLACKSTAR) has informed me that
the troops have embarked on UN transport and should
arrive here by Saturday. Reflagging ceremony will take
place Monday.

FURTHER UPDATE - FRIDAY 25th NOVEMBER 2016:

CHRISTMAS SPECIALS NOW RUNNING!

Our 2016 Christmas Specials are NOW ON as of today, FRIDAY 25th NOVEMBER, and they will run until MIDNIGHT (2400 Hours) UK time on FRIDAY 23rd December. Our Christmas offer has been extremely popular over many years now, so this year I'm keeping it exactly the same as last year - including the simplified qualifying criteria for the offers that worked very well last time, just using the FINAL TOTAL VALUE of your order - the actual amount you pay - rather than getting all complicated about sub-total values, VAT-exclusive prices and stuff….. so once again, ALL ORDERS WITH A TOTAL VALUE (INCLUDING SHIPPING AND VAT WHERE APPLICABLE) of 30 GBP or more will qualify for both parts of the special deal:

1) All qualifying orders will get a FREE CHRISTMAS GOODIE BAG of extra minis and stuff - how much you get depends on the size of your order, and we'll tailor most of the contents to fit the kind of items you are ordering (and maybe the occasional sample that might tempt you into other ranges and scales...). What goes in the bag is OUR choice, so no being cheeky and asking for specific codes please - but those of you who have had our previous Xmas deals will know that we give you a very generous selection of items that you can actually use for your armies/fleets - and usually much more stuff than you'd get from a simple discount offer!
Sometimes I may put in the odd special or unreleased item too, so you never know what you might get....

2) In addition to the Free Stuff with your order, all qualifying customers will also get a VOUCHER that you can use to get a generous DISCOUNT off a further order placed after Christmas - so you can get all your pre-Xmas stuff AND free goodies now, and then use the voucher up when you have some gift money from all those relatives who have absolutely NO idea what to buy for you!

This year, the vouchers will be valid for the whole of JANUARY and FEBRUARY 2017 - so the voucher codes will become "live" on the store on Sunday the 1st of January 2017, and any un-used ones will expire at Midnight (UK time) on Tuesday the 28th February 2017. This should give you plenty of time to use your vouchers after the holidays are out of the way.
The value of the voucher you will receive varies according to the size of your pre-Xmas order - if your total order value is from 30 GBP to 100 GBP then you'll get a voucher for 15% discount; any orders with a total value of OVER 100 GBP will get a 20% discount voucher!

Each voucher carries a unique code number that allows you to use it for online orders. Each voucher code is valid for ONE USE ONLY, and after that use the store will not accept the code again. Therefore please don't complete checkout or make payment unless you are 100% sure that your order is correct and complete. In the case of any difficulty, please email me (Jon) immediately through the contact information on the store and I can re-set your voucher code for another attempt.

Christmas dispatch times and ordering dates, and Christmas/New Year break:

Throughout the pre- and post-Christmas period, I will be trying to keep as much up to date with order dispatches as possible - but please understand that things can get VERY busy and some orders may well take a few days longer than normal to be shipped out. If there are any serious delays then we will try to let you know where possible.
Obviously we are all at the mercy of the postal services as to delivery times - but we would strongly recommend that international orders (especially for Australia, NZ etc) are placed no later than the first week of December if you want any real hope of them arriving before Christmas. With some larger orders it is possible to ship them via parcel courier (UPS etc) rather than by airmail, the couriers are faster and with much better online tracking - if you want me to do this, or just want more details on this shipping option, please ask when you place the order.

I will continue to dispatch orders up to Friday 23rd of December - after that date we will be CLOSED for the Christmas/New Year break, re-opening on Monday 2nd January 2017. The online webstore will remain "open" throughout the Christmas period so you can still place orders, but no orders will be processed and dispatched until after the 2nd January - and of course the New Year vouchers won't become line until the start of January.

Thanks to you all for your support and valued custom through 2016 - as many of you will know it hasn't exactly been the easiest year, in fact it's one I'd quite like to forget in many ways - but most things are pretty much back to normal now, we have a whole bunch of new product already out (and more coming!) with some exciting things planned for 2017.

"BUY FOUR, GET AN EXTRA ONE FREE" on all 15mm INFANTRY PACKS - offer applies to anything with an SG15, TW15 and the new MOONGRUNT MG15 codes (figure packs only, not the vehicles); for every FOUR packs that you buy, you can choose an EXTRA pack FREE - so buy EIGHT packs and you get TWO extra free packs, buy TWELVE and you get THREE more free, and so on.
No minimum order value (well, apart from buying at least four packs, obviously!) and no maximum - for EVERY four you buy you can claim an extra free one.
This offer mostly applies to the standard infantry packs at £3.00 (£2.50 ex VAT) each, but if you buy any of the £3.60, £4.50 or £6.00 packs as part of your order then they will each count as ONE pack - unless you buy at least FOUR of any of those larger pack values then one of your free packs can be of a similar value (eg: if you buy four Power Armour packs at £4.50 (£3.75 ex VAT), you can claim a free pack of the same price code!).

Simply place your order for the packs that you want to buy, in the normal way, then tell me what free pack(s) you want in the "Delivery Notes and Additional Comments" box at the checkout stage.
