Remarkable! I'd never heard of this movie before, but when I saw Orson Welles getting the chop (and all those German small arms and MGs and PaK38s) I thought I'd look it up. They made a reasonable effort to turn T34s and Shermans into German types (though one might suppose the Germans would have used captured types in this 'theatre'. The battle scenes look pretty good - probably not very realistic from a 'real life' point of view, but great from a war games or Army Men perspective!
I saw this the first time in about
1973 0n TV, always liked since.I've
been looking for a good DVD for some time.
I've always liked this one too, not your typical WWII movie or area of operations for that matter.
So, I know a little bit about the Chetniks and the Yugoslav resistance. What is the full title of the movie?
By the way, you can watch this one full length on Youtube. Chetniks!
