    The Soltam 155 mount always struck me as a splendidly unwieldy thing. The third pic is an ex-Egyptian M4 with a French FL-10 turret (a la AMX-13). The Frenchies supplied a battalion's worth of them in the early '50s. I never could see the point of it!

    Yeah I knew that one was is an ex-Egyptian, the Israelis captured and used a few.
