Good By To An Old Friend

I came home from work this morning and found our 13 year old
female miniature dachshund Baby had passed away in her sleep
right in her favorite sleeping spot by my chair. She had been ill
for a short time but, it did not seem to be that serious,
and I had thought she would recover but, alas no...

She was a big part of our family and will be sorely missed...

    Sorry for your loss, my friend.

    Seems this year has said good bye to many furry friends. It's really a shame we can't keep them for our whole lives.

    Condolences. It never gets easier to say goodbye, but at least she died peacefully in her sleep.
